Peace and Harmony Native American Flute with Mary Sturtevant is available for adults and high school students on Sundays from 1 pm to 2 pm, beginning September 12 and ending on Oct 3. Lessons will occur at the Catamount Arts Center, 115 Eastern Avenue in Saint Johnsbury, VT.

Students will receive an introduction to the history and legend of Native American flute, instruction on how to care for the flute and learn how to play basic notes and rhythms using finger diagrams.
